Hello! We are Ms. Flower and Leticia Nancy, the owners and operators of Guiding Hands Coalition. We are sisters, best friends, business partners, and grew up here in the Columbia Basin.  Flower flourished as a professional government interpreter then built her own successful language access business, Ms. Flower’s Interpreters & Translators. Leticia excelled in a career with the state of Washington in the department of Children, Youth and Family Services for over 30 years.

Together we bring a lifetime of government experience servicing our community and individuals. This is not only our legacy, but a driving force for Guiding Hands Coalition LLC.  Growing up in a dynamic family of entrepreneurs and guided by the calling of service, we started Guiding Hands Coalition; a business motivated by the desire to help the community we love.
Our mission is to help our community by assisting clients to obtain quality, safe and comfortable housing. For decades we’ve felt guided by the calling to be of service to our community, and we met that challenge in profound and transformative ways.

Navigating the system and its necessary agencies is where our expertise is most helpful, but what sets us apart is the compassion and understanding we bring to turn dreams into reality.
Our dream is for everyone to have the possibility of safe and secure shelter. Using the resources in our community, our affiliations, along with tremendous dedication and relentless work ethic, has made that happen for countless individuals. While we previously focused on government entities, we now hope to use our expertise to serve you, and our community as a whole.
