KHA Waitlist
DIRECTIONS TO APPLY:
First, you will need to create an online profile at https://kennewick.housingmanager.com. Within 8 working days of submitting/completing the online profile, the participant will need to bring attachments to the office in order to complete the application process along with “KHA Application Attachments”.  This application can be picked up at our office or you can print a copy from our website http://kennewickha.org/housing-residents/programs-forms. Our application is a 2-step process in order to be placed on the waitlist; both the online and the attachment application have to be completed. Below is a list of the documents that we need. There is additional information on the attachment application.

• Current Verification of Legal Identity (Copy)

  • Adults: Valid Driver’s License/State I.D. Card

  • Children: Certificate of birth

• Social Security Cards (Copy)

• Verification of income: Two (2) months’ worth

  • If receiving Social Security, we will need an award letter dated within the last 60 days

• Asset Verification: Two (2) months of bank statements.
